Alternatively, you may lay down on a crystal grid beneath a heated blanket, surrounded by pillows and snugly throws, creating a safe and warm cocoon. The ancient sounds of the drum, rattle, tribal voice, and chants, combined with the use of gongs, will transport you on journeys beyond your consciousness to other realms.

I incorporate herbs and sacred smoke into the process, blessing and clearing your aura. Feathers, plants, stones, and wood are used to establish connections with the divine and earth energies, creating a holistic and immersive experience.
